막대한 양의 물을 가두고 있는 댐이 무너지는 장면이 기억에 남는다. 물을 관리하기 위해서 우선 댐 관리를 잘 해야 한다고 생각한다.
댐이 무너지면서 인명 재산 피해가 커질 수 있기 때문이다.

마을에 물이 가득차서 사람들이 자신들의 마을에서부터 대피했던 것이 가장 인상 깊었다. 홍수때문에 집이 물에 잠기고 사람이 죽는 등 피해가 매우 컸다. 미리 예상하고 철저히 대비하였다면 피해가 줄어들 것이다.

  I remember the scene which showed the dam containing the maximum level of water falling apart.
  In order to manage water the management of the dam should be done in an orderly fashion. This is because if a dam collapses huge casualties of men and fortunes are inevitable.
  It was the most impressive that many people evacuated from their village due to flooding. Casualties were significant because the houses were submerged due to flood and people were dying. If they expected and prepared for a flood, the casualties would have been minimal.
