이 영화를 보고난 후 우리나라의 환경법에 대해 알아보고 싶어졌다.

이리저리 알아본 결과 우리나라는 환경법이 제대로 갖추어지지 않았다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

우선 우리나라는 우리나라 실정에 맞는 환경법을 만들지 못한다. 왜냐하면 환경에 대한 조사가 포괄적으로 장기간 이루어지지 않았기 때문에 자료가 턱 없이 부족한 탓이다.
또 한국은 환경법이 늘 개발 앞에선 무용지물이다.

가장 큰 예로 환경법에 따라 일발 공장이나 건물을 지을때 규제를 받는다.

하지만 환경법에서는 국가가 하는 국책사업에 대해서는 환경법을 적용하지 않도록 되어 있다.

무엇보다 환경법이 더욱 엄격해 져야한다고 생각한다.

  After watching this movie, I wanted to find out more about Korea's Environmental Law. As a result of digging a few sources, it turned out that our country has poor standards of the law.
  In the first place, our country is incapable of making environmental laws suitable to actual circumstances in Korea. This is because there is not enough information without extensive surveys regarding the environment. The Environmental Law in Korea always fails to overcome developments.
  For example, building manufacturing factories and general buildings is controlled by the law. However, the nationwide building plans by the government are not subject to the law according to the law.
  Most of all, I believe that the Environmental Law should be reinforced further.
